摘要
职工体育是群众体育的重要组成部分。它是职工在业余时间以增强体质、增加交往、增长技能为主要目的的自主性体育活动,是增进职工之间的交往和友谊,培养团队精神的重要载体,是丰富职工文化生活的重要平台。发展职工体育运动,对调节职工情绪、释放工作压力、增强心理健康,增强对各种环境的适应能力具有明显的积极作用,对防止职业病、提高职工健康水平具有明显的促进作用。文章采用实地考察、调查问卷、座谈会及个别访谈等方法,对职工体育管理模式及发展进行分析与探索,并提出相应的对策。
Staff sports are the important part of the mass sports. ICs an autonomy sports as major purpose to improve the physique, to gain human communication and to improve ability, an important carrier for staff to improve commu- nication and friendship, and also an important stage to enrich staff's culture life. Developing staff sports has positive effects on adjusting staff's emotion, releasing pressure, strengthening mental health and improving adaptability to all environment, and obviously the function of prophylaxis and treatment of occupational diseases and improvement of staff's health conditions, this paper adopted some methods like field work, survey, forum and interviews to analyze the current situation of staff sports, to explore the mutual relation between staff psychology and staff sports and to put forward related policies.
