超声波酶法提取水溶性灵芝多糖的研究 被引量:4

摘要 关于超声波协同酶法提取水溶性灵芝多糖的最佳工艺与得率,本文研究了在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验法优化超声波酶法提取水溶性灵芝多糖的最佳工艺条件,并分别确定了果胶酶与纤维素酶及蜗牛酶提取得率。结果表明超声波提取最佳的提取工艺为,料液比1∶25,时间20 min,温度50℃,超声功率180 W,纤维素酶在三种选定酶中提取得率最高,提取多糖含量为5.709%。超声波协同酶法可显著提高灵芝多糖的提取率,这为以后生物酶法提取灵芝多糖提供参考。 Objective:To optimize the supersonic extraction process and the yield rate of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides by enzymes under ultrasonic wave.Methods:By using single factor and orthogonal test to evaluate ultrasonic extraction of stuff ration,water time,water extraction temperature,and ultrasonic strength and according the best processe,three kinds of enzymes were used under ultrasonic wave to test which is the best.Results shows that the main influencing factors of stuff ration 1:25,ultrasonic extraction time 20 min,water extraction temperature 50 ℃,and ultrasonic power was 180 w.Cellulose was best to be used and the the yield rate of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides by cellulase extraction under ultrasonic wave was 5.709%.Conclusion:The technology of enzymes coordinated ultrasonic wave can significantly increase the extraction rate of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides which provided references for extraction of active polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum.
