摘要
稀释水式流浆箱是高速纸机上的关键部件之一,流浆箱的控制对纸张的成型及产品质量至关重要。本文简要介绍了稀释水式流浆箱的总压头控制、液位控制、唇板水平位置和垂直位置的调节、稀释水阀结合QCS控制纸幅横向定量的原理及应用。
Dilution headbox is one of the key units of high speed paper machine,which plays an extremely important part in controlling the paper form and product quality.This thesis briefly introduces the total head control of dilution headbox and pond level,the adjustment of lip plates in horizontal and vertical position,and the theory and application of dilution valve together with QCS controlling paper weight in cross direction.
