摘要
利用Pro/E布局功能控制颚式破碎机曲柄连杆(动颚)机构,能在不打开曲柄连杆零件图的情况下进行参数和关系的定义,并将其声明到相应零件中,并以此装配体为原始模型模拟机构的实际运动,得到破碎衬板的轨迹曲线。运用Pro/E的CAE功能模块对破碎衬板进行静力分析及齿形优化,得到齿形弧高为13.33mm时破碎衬板受最大剪切应力为最小,能为破碎衬板的疲劳分析提供可靠模型。
Pro/E layout functions has been adopted as primary methods to control the crank and connecting rod mechanism of jaw crusher. We can define parameters and relationships without opening the detail drawing of crank connecting, and declare the parameters and relationships to corresponding parts for simulating the practical movement of the mechanism to get the curve track of liner . Use the CAE function module of Pro/E to do the static analysis and tooth profile optimization of liner .We get the results that the tooth profile arc high is 13.33 ram when the liner's maximum shear stress by to a minimum. It also provides a reliable model for the fatigue analysis.
