摘要
针对限制器底壳进行工艺分析和模具设计,确定的最优工艺方案为落料拉深工序相复合,切边、翻孔、冲孔依次采用单工序模成形。文章通过分析软件Dynaform对限制器底壳进行工艺分析,确定了合理的工艺方案,设计出了相应的模具结构。
The technological analysis and mold design of the bottom case of the limiter are carried out in this paper. After comparison, the best technological scheme is determined, that is the compound process of blanking and drawing, and single-process die forming of cutting edge, punching and flanging. The technological analysis of the bottom case of limiter were done with Dynaform software, and the most reasonable technological scheme and the related mold construction are determined in the end.
