非梗阻性无精子症的临床诊断 被引量：1

摘要 自1992年卵细胞质内单精子注射（intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI）技术开始应用于临床以来,为无精子症患者的不育治疗带来了希望。梗阻性无精子症（OA）再通手术失败或没有手术指征的患者,获取附睾和睾丸精子后可进行ICSI。1993年。
