大链轮是自行车的重要驱动零件,其加工质量直接影响到自行车的运行状况和使用寿命。自行车链轮的传统加工往往采用冲压、滚齿、铸造等方法,这些传统的加工方法成本高、效率低和精度低,若改用数控铣床加工可大大提高加工效率、降低成本。主要介绍自行车大链轮的数控加工工艺。
