摘要
主要介绍了在生产过程控制方面应用SPC技术的实践经验。根据统计过程控制理论,运用控制图分析和判定重卡车架生产中螺栓扭矩过程质量特性值是否受控,从而找出产生问题的原因,采取有效措施,达到保证、改进产品质量的目的。
Introduce the practical experiences in production process control to apply the SPC technology. According to Statistical Process Control theory, we can analyze and judge whether the bolt torque of heavy truck frames in producing process are controlled by Control Chart and find out the reason of the problems, so as to assure and improve the product quality through effective measures.
