当前,国家对产业技术工人的需求越来越大,同时对技术工人的素质要求也越来越高,但技工院校培养的学生往往又不能满足企业的需求,二者之间存在脱节,技工院校如何才能培养出真正适合市场需求的技工人才,成为摆在技工教师面前的一大课题。针对提出的问题作了浅显的探讨,力求通过技工院校的教师本身来探寻如何提升教师自身素质。

Currently, the demand for industrial workers is growing in the state. At the same time, demands of quality for workers are higher and higher. However, students from technical colleges fail to meet the needs of enterprises, there is a disconnect between the two. How these mechanic institutions cultivate a real mechanic talent in order to meet the demand of the market become a major issue in front of the mechan- ic teachers. The article makes a simple discussion on this, through mechanic institutions teachers to explore how to improve the quality of the teachers, to train qualified mechanic personnel.
