摘要
从矿井供电系统连续性及安全性的角度出发,阐述了开发供电设备智能保护系统的重要意义。重点设计了矿用电机、电缆的保护系统硬件电路,编写了相应的软件流程图。系统选用OMRON PLC作为中央处理单元,主要实现矿井供电设备的漏电、过载、短路、过压、欠压等故障保护及自诊断功能。在正式投运前进行的地面测试试验结果表明:该保护器动作可靠、性能稳定,达到了预期设计目标,满足了矿井供电设备保护的功能。
From the point of mine power supply continuity and security, described the important significance of power supply equipment intel- ligent protection system, protection system hardware configuration of motor and cable is designed and software flow is compiled in this paper. Selection OMRON PLC as CPU, to achieve Leakage, over current, short-circuit, under voltage, overvoltage and self-diagnostic function. By running results in field show that the system is steady in performance, simple in operation, correct in communication, vile in cost, and will be of great-applied value in engineering.
