摘要
如何策划舰载机舰载适用性试飞内容,怎样进行飞行人员的培训和选拔,是每一个发展航母的国家都必须面临的问题。本文从美、俄舰载机舰载适用性试飞及飞行员培训的实际做法入手,总结了一些可借鉴的经验。
How to plan aircraft carrier suitability flight test and how to carry out pilots training and selecting are the key problems which every country owned aircraft carrier has to deal with.The aircraft carriers suitability flight test and pilots training methods which USA and Russia have done are analyzed in this paper.At the end,some useful conclusions and suggestions on these subjects are given.
