摘要
应用德国斯派克公司光电直读光谱仪(SPECTROLABM8)对1.2mm普碳钢焊丝的分析方法进行了研究。通过自制焊丝专用卧式卡具,将焊丝卡在卡具槽内,水平放置在火花台上,不使用氮化硼片直接应用普通铁基极板分析,找出了最佳的分析条件。分析结果与红外碳硫仪(CS-230)测定值及化学分析值对比结果比较理想,解决了焊丝传统化学分析方法时间长的问题。
The photoelectric direct-reading spectrometry manufactured by the SpectroLab M8is used to analyze the major elements of φ1.2mm carbon steel welding wire,and the analysis method is studied.The welding wire is wedged in the special horizontal fixture and placed on the spark platform.According to the test,the best analysis condition is found.The results obtained by the present method are in consistency with the results given by CS-230and chemistry analysis method.
