表现为外阴色素性斑片的鲍恩样丘疹病1例 被引量：1

摘要 1病历摘要 患者女，27岁。因外阴后联合处色素性斑片2年于2010年10月20日就诊于我科。患者2年前无明显诱因外阴后联合处出现一黑褐色斑，直径0．5cm，无明显自觉症状。后斑片逐渐扩大，表面无破溃。既往体健，否认婚外性生活史及性病史。孕0产0，配偶无类似疾病史。
