摘要
目的探讨高胆红素血症新生儿红细胞免疫黏附功能的变化。方法 115例高胆红素血症新生儿,按血清总胆红素(TSB)水平分为两组:A组81例,TSB 220.6-342.0μmol/L;B组34例,TSB>342.0μmol/L。50例TSB正常新生儿作为对照(C)组。分别在入院和出院时应用红细胞C3b受体花环率(RCR)评估红细胞天然免疫黏附功能。结果 B组新生儿的红细胞RCR明显低于C组[(9.15±2.98)%vs.(11.12±3.53)%)](P<0.05)。B组红细胞天然免疫黏附功能与TSB值呈负相关(r=-0.362,P<0.05)。结论高胆红素血症新生儿的红细胞免疫黏附功能下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on erythrocyte immune function in neonates. Methods A total of 115 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia was assgined to two groups of A[81 cases with total serum bilirubin(TSB) 220. 6-342.0 mol/L] and B(34 cases with TSB 〉342.0 mol/L). Another 50 healthy neonates were taken as the controls(group C). The natural immune-adhesion function of erythrocyte was evaluated with red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette rate (RCR) at admission and discharge. Results RCR of erythrocyte was lower in group B than that in group C[ (9.15 ± 2.98) % vs. ( 11.12±3.53) % ) ] (P〈 0. 05), which was negatively correlated to TSB (r=-0. 362,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The natural immune-adhesion function of erythrocyte is decreased in the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.
