摘要
目的评价超声引导下腋静脉穿刺置管的效果。方法用超声对胸前区腋静脉段及伴行腋动脉进行测量。采用超声实时引导和平面内技术行腋静脉穿刺置管。结果腋静脉第二段区域位于锁骨下缘中点外1-3cm处。在锁骨下缘中点外3cm纵线上,穿刺点至锁骨距离为(5.22±0.43)cm,向锁骨中点内1cm处进针,平均进针角度(42±4)度,平均进针深度(4.6±0.6)cm,平均穿刺次数(1.00±0.86)次。随访评价满意。结论采用超声实时引导可成功完成腋静脉穿刺置管。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasound-guided axillary vein puncture and catheterization. Methods The axillary vein and its accompanying artery in the chest area were measured by ultrasound. Then in-plane technique was used to perform axillary vein puncture and catheterization under ultrasound guidance. Results The second section of axillary vein located in 1-3 cm lateral to the midpoint of the lower edge of the clavicle. On the vertical line 3 cm lateral to the midpoint of the lower edge of the clavicle, the distance of puncture point was (5.22±0. 43) cm away from the clavicle. While puncturing towards the point 1 cm inside the midpoint of clavicle, the angle of needle insertion was at (42±4) degrees and (4.6±0. 6) cm in depth. The average puncture procedure was (1.00±0.86) times. Follow-up evaluation was satisfactory. Conclusion Axillary vein puncture and catheterization can be successfully performed under ultrasound guidance.
