经济型PET/CT对肺部病变诊断的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨E-PET/CT显像对肺部病变诊断的临床价值。方法选择接受 ^18F-FDCE-PET/CT检查的50例肺部病变患者,其中,男33例,女17例。对良、恶性病变的T/NT比值及E-PET/CT的诊断结果与病理或密切观察随访1年以上得到最终诊断进行比较。结果50例患者E.PET/CT诊断为恶性病变35例,良性病变15例。良、恶性病变的T/NT比值分别为2.23±4.41,7.11±0.88,二者比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);E-PET/CT与病理和观察随访最终诊断结果对照分析,发现E-PET/CT对肺部病变诊断的灵敏度为91.1%,特异性75%,准确性86%,阳性预测值88.7%及阴性预测值80%.结论E-PET/CT对肺部病变的诊断有重要的临床价殖, Objective To investigate the clinical value of diagnosing the pulmonary lesion with E-PET/CT. Methods Fifty patients with pulmonary lesion were studied with ^18F-FDG E-PET/CT. The differences of the target/non- target(T/NT) ratio were compared between tile malignant and benign pulmonary lesion. The diagnostic results by E- PET/CT were compared with pathological analysis or followed up more than 1 year. Results Thirty five patients with malignant lesion and 15 patients with benign lesion were diagnosed with E-PET/CT. The T/NT ratios between the benign (2.23 ± 4.41 ) and malignant(7.11 ± 0.88) puhnonary lesion that were significantly different( P 〈 0.05) ;The sensitiv- ity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of diagnosing the pulmonary lesions by E- PET/CT were 91.1% ,75% ,86% ,88.7% and 80% ,respectively. Conclusion It is vet,y serviceable to diagnose the pulmonary lesions with E-PET/CT.
