血浆Omentin-1与冠心病患者IL-18,hs-CRP水平的相关性

摘要 目的研究冠心病患者血浆网膜素-1(Omentin-1)与白介素-18(IL-18)、高敏C一反应蛋白(h-CRP)的关系,方法所有研究对象均经冠脉造影确诊,根据临床特点及冠脉造影结果共入选82例患者:急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组28例、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组28例及胸痛综合征(CPS)组26例。采用ELISA法检测血浆Omentin-1及IL-18,hs-CRP水平,进行对比分析。结果ACS组、SAP组的Omentin-1浓度低于CPS组,而IL-18,hs-CRI,浓度均高于CPS组(P〈0.05)。ACS组的Omentin-1浓度低于SAP组,IL-18,hs-CRP浓度高于SAP组(P〈0.05)。血浆Omentin-1水平与IL-18,hs-CRP呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论冠心病患者体内存在Omentin-1及IL-18,hs-CRP的异常表达,且三者具有相关性。Omentin-1,IL-18,hs-CRP可能参与了冠心病的发生、发展。血浆Omentin-1可能通过拮抗炎性因子时血管的损伤来保护血管内皮,起到抗冠状动脉粥样硬化作用。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between plasma omentin-1 and IL-18, hs-CRP in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. Methods All of tile subjects were confirmed by coronary angiography(CAG) and 82 patients were enrolled in this study according to the clinical characteristics and the results of CAG including 28 acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients,28 stable angina pecto- ris(SAP) patients and 26 chest pain syndrume(CPS) patients were as control group. Fasting plasma Omentin-1, IL-18 and hs-CRP levels were measured by enzyme-linked innnunosnrbent assay ( ELISA ). Comparative analysis among them was also conducted. Results Patients with ACS and SAP had significantly lower plasma omentin-1 levels and higher IL-18 and hs-CRP than that of CPS group( P 〈0.05). Patients with ACS had significantly lower plasnm omentin-1 levels and higher IL-18 and hs-CRP than that of SAP group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Fasting plasma omentin-1 levels were correlated negatively with IL-18 and hs-CRP ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnonnal expression of omentin-1, IL-18 and hs-CRP exists in patients with CHD,a significant correlation is found among them. Omentin-1,IL-18 and hs-CRP may be involved in the development and progress of CHD. The plasnm Omentin-1 may against the inflammatory factors and relieve the lesion of coronary artery,which enntributes to the prevention of atheroselerosis.
