摘要
目的通过分析MCI患者在新异oddball模式下诱发出的ERPs波形特征,探讨MCI患者的听觉注意功能。方法选取老年轻度认知障碍患者(MCI组)15例和正常老年(对照组)17例,采用事件相关电位(ERPs)技术听觉新异oddball范式诱发并记录分析听觉事件相关电位的变化。结果MCI组的正确率明显低于对照组,反应时明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,P3a波幅降低,潜伏期明显延长,P3b潜伏期延长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论MCI患者非随意注意及选择性注意能力下降,事件相关电位P300可为其临床诊断和生理机制提供依据。
Objective To explore patients'acoustical attention by studying the characteristic of ERPs elicited by the novel odd- ball pattern among the mild cognitive impairment patient. Methods The novel oddball task event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to in- duce and record acoustical P300 of fifteen mild cognitive impairment subjects( MCI group) and seventeen health older adults(control group). Results The correct rate of MCI group was lower than control group significantly, the reaction time of MCI group were longer than control sig- nificantly( P 〈 0.05 ). As compared with the nornml,the amplitude of P3a was lower than the health control,the latency of P3a and P3b was significantly prolong( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The mild cognitive impalement patients have deficit on non-selective and selective attention function. The P300 can give evidence diagnosis and physiological mechanism.
