This article first outlines the interoperability level evaluation tool, including interoperability evaluation model, interoperability evaluation standard, interoperability evaluation method and interoperability evaluation product. The tool is developed by combing B/S structure, and application of ASP. NET three-tier design patterns, as well as ADO. NET database technology. Then it focuses on the design of system function, the partition of function modules and the key technology of tool. Finally, it summarizes features of the developed tool.
