EOC上却因方案多种多样,技术众多,标准不一,规模、成熟度不一,让有线运营商很难取舍。选择方案时,不但要兼顾眼前已有网络结构,而且要放眼未来几年,方案至少要有一定的前瞻性。在已经部署有CMST和CM的地区,可以先用SOCSIS技术。而在竞争比较激烈的地区,不妨先用MoCA,占领市场。对于广大还没有进行双向网改造的区域,最好最实用的莫过于具有自主知识产权的HiNOC方案,同时积极关注EPoC发展。

For the multiple schemes, multiple technologies, and for the different standards and different maturities of EOC, the cabe operators are hard to make their choices. The consideration should be given to the existing network while the far-reaching plan be done in the scheme choice. In the districts deployed with CMST and CM, SOCSIS scheme could be initically applied, while in those competitive districts without two-way network, MOCA scheme could be used but the best choice is NiNOC scheme of independent intellectual property right. Meanwhile, much attention should be paid to the development of EPoC.
