摘要
铝合金压铸不粘锅在实际生产中很容易出现各种缺陷,而且不粘锅在喷涂过程中要经过430℃的高温烘烤,很容易在铸件表面出现气泡,从而导致产品报废。针对这一问题,对铝合金压铸不粘汤锅进行了浇注系统的设计计算。利用数值模拟软件Flow-3D,针对设计方案进行了充型模拟,分析了模拟结果并根据结果重新设计了浇道。新设计的浇道能够实现顺序充填,充填效果较好,产生缺陷的可能性降低。
Aluminum die-casting non-stick pan exists variety of defects in the actual production,and bubble easily occurs in its surface due to be subjected baking at 430℃ during spraying process,resulting in product failure.Aiming at the problems,gating system of the aluminum die casting non-stick pot was designed and calculated,and the filling process of the designed scheme was simulated by the Flow-3D software.Based on the simulated result,the gating system was modified.Smooth filling can be observed in the modified gating system with the desirable filling effects,improving greatly the product quality and decreasing the defects.
