During continuous-casting and rolling Al-Cu wire rod,the leakage of emulsified oil and lubricant oil could often be observed in the three-roller mini-stand,resulting in the pollution of emulsified oil and lubricant oil.Through analyzing the experiences from the production process,a very effectively detection method of detecting leakage of the stand was presented,which could treat various leakage phenomena in-time.So the high efficient stable running of the stand could be ensured,and the product quality was improved.
