本文纵观美国今天的电力市场,研究智能电网的本性,对中小型公司提出建议:不要等到将来-现在就开始收集能源数据,今天就考虑控制电能使用。虽然这里介绍的是美国的情况,也希望对中国的用能企业,特别是中小型企业有所警示和帮助,及早采取措施,应对挑战。

The paper takes a look at electrical power in the United States today, investigates the nature of the Smart Grid, and suggests ways that small and medium-sized companies can--without waiting for future technological development---gather energy data and control electrical energy costs today. Although this is an introduction about United States situation, it hopes also help China enterprise, especially to medium and small companies to alert the challenge they faced and use measurements to solve issues.
