基于一起断路器误跳闸的事故分析及对策

Accident Analysis and Countermeasures Based on False Tripping of Circuit Breakers

针对一起断路器误跳闸事故案例,介绍了发生事故的经过。利用从该事故过程收集的有关信息,通过对变电站内可能引起该事故的一、二次设备的检查试验,得出了机构箱内非全相继电器缺陷是造成此次断路器误跳闸的主要原因,并提出了相应的防范措施。事故分析和查找过程具有一定的借鉴价值。

Aiming at one actual case of false tripping of circuit breakers, this paper introduced details about the accident. According to the collection of the relevant information about the accident and the checking tests of primary and secondary equipment probably leading to the accident in substation, the result showed that the defect of the open-phase relay in mechanism case caused the false tripping of the circuit breaker. The corresponding countermeasures were presented and the accident analysis and search procedure is in possession of certain value for reference.
