摘要
在明确智能变电站概念的基础上,阐述了基于IEC 61850标准的智能变电站采样值在过程层与间隔层间传输的基本原理。通过比较IEC 61850中两种特定通信服务映射(SCSM):即基于IEC 61850-9-1标准的单向多路点对点特定服务映射和基于IEC 61850-9-2标准的过程总线特定服务映射,以及两者在工程中的应用,得出智能变电站在IEC 61850-9-2标准基础上,可实现采样值面向间隔功能灵活配置,并通过以太网高速有效地传输。
On the basis of the concept of smart substation, this paper expatiated on the Ethernet communication principles of sampled values （SV） between the process layer and the bay layer based on the standards IEC 61850. By comparing two specific communication service mapping （SCSM）, IEC 61850-9-1 based sampled values over unidirectional multidrop point to point link and IEC 61850-9-2 based sampled values over process bus link, and their practical application, the benefits of IEC 61850-9-2 transmission mode were en- lightened. With the process bus, the smart substation could realize the flexible configuration of the SV according to the bays＇ function and improve the Ethernet transmission efficiency of SV with high-speed.
