基于NK细胞的血液系统肿瘤免疫治疗
摘要
自然杀伤（NK）细胞是先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分。它既是重要的外向性防御细胞，又是体内多种免疫细胞的调节细胞。探讨NK细胞在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用及其作为免疫治疗的手段已受到人们的重视。笔者详细阐述了NK细胞的历史背景及抗肿瘤机制，对基于NK细胞的血液系统肿瘤免疫治疗进行了综述。
