乳腺病灶微创旋切术与传统手术的对比研究

A comparative study of mini-invasive and conventional surgery in treatment of breast lesion

目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术在乳腺病灶治疗中的效果及应用价值。方法:收集2009年7月至2011年2月在广东省英德市人民医院行乳腺肿块切除的290例患者的临床资料,分为微创手术组与传统手术组,微创手术组在超声引导下应用麦默通微创旋切系统。对比分析两组患者在乳房外形、皮肤感觉、切口瘢痕等方面的差异。计量资料的比较采用t检验,计数资料的比较采用x^2检验。结果:两组患者在乳房外形、皮肤感觉、切口瘢痕、平均住院时间等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后随访3～18个月,两组患者均未发现肿瘤复发。结论:超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术定位准确、创伤小,值得在基层医院开展推广。

Objective- To explore the efficacy and value of mini-invasive surgery with Mammotome system in treatment of breast lesions. Methods： Between July 2009 and February 2011, a total of 290 patients undergoing mastectomy were included and divided into mini-invasive surgical and conventional surgical groups. Notably, Mammotome vacuum mini-invasive system was used in mini-irtvasive surgical group under ultrasound guidance. Comparison was then performed between the two groups as to the breast contour, skin sensation and incision sear. Quantitative data were compared by t test and the enumeration data by Chi-square test. Results： There was statistical differences in breast contour, skin sensation, incision scar and mean hospital days between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. No recurrence of tumor was found in two groups of patients during a follow-up of 3 to 18 months. Conclusion： Mammotome mini-invasive surgery under ultrasound guidance may result in accurate positioning and small ir^jury, and thus warrants promotion in hospitals at grass-root level.
