摘要
患者,男,62岁,因渐进性双鼻塞伴发热、头痛4d于2011年9月21日收入院。体检：体温38.2℃;白细胞计数11.88×109/L;血糖、血生化、心、肺检查均未见异常。外鼻无畸形,无红肿压痛。鼻内镜下见鼻中隔两侧对称性膨隆显著,隆起部质软,有触痛,双侧总鼻道闭塞。使用1%呋麻液棉片收敛鼻黏膜未见明显反应。
Summary Clinical manifestation bipolar coagulation treatment for nosebleed. The patient was affected by na- sal obslruction, fever and headache three weeks after operation. Clinical and laboratory examination nasal septurffs bilateralism knuckle, soft quality, puncture with purulent secretion. Diagnose：abscess of nasal septum.
