摘要 创伤性膝关节积脂血症(traumatic lipohemarthrosis,TLH)是指关节创伤后关节囊内形成脂肪-血液平面,多继发关节内骨折,可发生于全身任何关节,以膝关节最常见[1]。临床上约15%关节囊内骨折不能在X线片上发现,即为隐匿性骨折,而TLH与关节囊内骨折有密切相关[2]。本文对32例创伤性膝关节积脂血症的MRI表现进行分析和总结,
