摘要患者男,40岁。主因＂右上腹疼痛六日＂入院。查体：T：36.1℃,P96次/min,R18次/min,Bp163/113mmHg。一般状态可,神清语明,皮肤巩膜无黄染,无贫血貌。双肺呼吸音清,未闻及明显干湿性啰音穆善耄靼昴ぬ锴次？及病理性杂音。腹平软,无胃肠型及蠕动波,右上腹轻压痛,
