摘要 目的:探讨心电编辑技术在快心率患者双源CT冠状动脉成像中的应用。方法:收集2010年9月~2010年12月在我院进行DSCT冠状动脉检查的心率≥80次/min患者76例(其中男34例,女42例),按心率快慢分5组,用绝对值进行心电编辑;节段性评价心电编辑前后图像质量,并进行统计学分析。结果:76例患者中,心电编辑的绝对值均在收缩期,其中以280ms及230ms(或240ms)应用较多;心电编辑前后各段图像质量比较均有统计学意义。结论:在快心率患者中,利用绝对值进行心电编辑可以减轻或消除冠状动脉CTA伪影,显著提高图像质量。 Objective:To explore the application of ECG-edited technique on dual-source CT coronary artery angiography in patients with fast heart rates. Methods:76 patients (34 males, 42 femles) with fast heart rates were included into this study. Patients were grouped by mean HR. A restrospective gating technique and ECG editing technique were used. All pre-editing and post-editing reconstructed images were evaluated. All statistical analyses were performed with commercial- ly available software. Results:The optimal phase was in systole in all 76 patients, 280 ms and 230 ms (or 240 ms) were used very often. The results showed that ECG editing significantly improved image quality in patients with fast heart rates. Conclusion: ECG editing technique (absolute phase) can improve image quality of coronary segments because it can reduce and compensate for part of artifacts by fast heart during CT coronary angiography.
