Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌术前介入治疗联合手术治疗临床研究

The preoperative interventional therapy in combination with surgical operation for stage Ⅱb ～Ⅲb cervical carcinoma and its clinical study

目的:探讨Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌术前髂内动脉化疗栓塞联合手术治疗及其临床意义。方法:52例Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌行髂内动脉化疗栓塞105次并联合手术44例、放疗8例。结果:局部病灶变化达80.8%的反应率,44例宫颈癌根治手术中残端无癌细胞,宫旁病灶为大量坏死组织,6例阳性淋巴结为坏死组织。结论:Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌术前介入治疗联合手术治疗是有效的方法。能提高手术的切除率,改善预后,成为治疗该病的一种新手段,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To study persistence chemoem bolizaton of intemal ihiac arteries in combination with surgical opera- tion for stabe Ⅱb-Ⅲb cervical carcinama and its clinical significance. Methods.. The persistence chemoem bolization of internal iliac artery on 52 patients with stage Ⅱb-Ⅲb cervical carcinoma have been completed for 105 times and in com- bination with operation on 44 patients and radiotherapy on 8 patients. Results ： Reaction rate of local prinary tumor reached 80.8%, 44 patients with cervical careincm a undewent radical hysterecrcmy and there were not any cancer-cells in all stumps. Large quantity of deceased tissue appeared on prin ary tumor. Positive lymph nodes of the 6 patients were de- ceased. Conclusion：The Interventional therapy in combinarion with surgical operation are effective and new methods for treatment of stage Ⅱb-Ⅲb cervical carcinona. It can increase surgery rate and perfect outcomes of pattents.
