摘要
本文以迈耶(Mayer)等人提出的多媒体学习认知理论为依据,结合在职教师的一般学习特征,提出了教师培训网络课程信息设计的四个策略,旨在提高网络课程信息设计的质量。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of adult and the cognitive theory of multimedia learning , which is proposed by Mayer at the base four design strategies on web - based curriculum is proposed in order to improve the design quality of network course information.
