高职院校专职教师实践教学能力的培养

The practical teaching abilities of the teachers in vocational colleges

目前高职教师实践教学能力普遍缺失,原因在于,人才引进机制不尽合理,考核评价机制不尽完善,师资培养机制不够健全,人才培养模式和评价体系不尽科学。提升教师实践教学能力的途径:建立科学的教师培训和考核激励机制,建立高职特色的教师评价体系和标准,建立校内职称评聘制度,积极搭建教师培养平台。

The teachers are universally short of practical teaching abilities in vocational colleges due to inefficient recruiting,appraisal,and teaching systems.So reforms are suggested in establishing an effective system integrating training,appraisal,incentives,and appointment.
