磷酸型单烷氧基类钛酸酯改性涤纶切片的探索

摘要 介绍了用磷酸型单烷氧基类钛酸酯(TM-P)作为偶联剂处理纳米TiO2改性涤纶切片的工艺.探讨了纳米TiO2及偶联剂的最佳用量.通过DSC测试改性切片的熔点、结晶点,采用透射电镜观察纳米TiO2在涤纶切片上的分布并进行试纺实验.实验证明,经0.5%和1%用量的纳米TiO2进行表面改性的聚酯切片试样,纳米TiO2粒子均匀、牢靠地与涤纶切片表面结合在一起,且改性切片的纺丝可持续进行. This paper describes the treatment process of nano titanium dioxide(TiO2) modified polyester slices with phosphate monoalkoxy titanate(TM-P) as a coupling agent.Discusses the optimum amount of nano TiO2 and the coupling agent,tests the DSC melting point and crystallization point of the modified slice through TM-P and observes the distribution of TiO2 in polyester slices through transmission electron microscope.The spinning experiment results indicate that the sample after surface modification by polyester chips quality of 0.5% and 1% of nano TiO2 shows a uniform and secure combination of TiO2 particles with the polyester slice surface,and the spinning of modified slice is sustainable.
