高职液压与气动课程入门项目的教学设计

Initial Project Design of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Course

目前高职院校液压与气动课程项目教学普遍将液压元件、液压回路知识点生硬地分解到各个项目,或先安排一定课时的元件与回路的讲授,再进行项目教学。分析了这些实施方法的不足,并结合课程教学改革实践,进行合理有效的总体项目安排,重点论述了入门项目的教学设计。提出基于AutomationStudio仿真软件,通过"教师讲解示范、学生跟练"完成入门项目的方法,实现液压系统必要的专业知识和技能的传授,为学生独立完成后续项目打下基础。

Now there are two methods to the teaching of basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic projects in higher vocational colleges.With one method the knowledge are scattered over each project of the course according to the their logical relations;with the other the knowledge and skills are taught firstly and intensively by means of traditional teaching method and then students are allowed to do projects thoroughly.Disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed and a reasonable project teaching method is proposed based on the teaching reform of recent years.With the new method,the initial project is designed based on Automation Studio software to teach basic knowledge and skills through teacher’s explanation and demonstration and students’ exercising.It has been proved in practice that the proposed method can lay a solid foundation for students completing other projects themselves and can be used effectively.
