摘要
按照以服务为导向的现代商业理念,根据烟草商业特点,围绕现代流通、现代烟草农业和烟草专卖管理三大核心业务,整合职能,再造流程,以信息化手段对企业业务与管理流程进行全面覆盖,建立了烟草商业全面信息化平台,取得了良好的应用效果,实现了应用集成化、运营与管理网络化,企业数字化。
A tobacco commercial comprehensive informatization platform was built to integrate function of three core bus-iness of commercial enterprises, i. e. , modern logistics, modern tobacco agriculture, and monopoly administration. Bus-iness process were reengineered based on service-oriented commercial philosophy, which covered all business and processes. Using this platform can satisfactorily realize the integration of applications, networking of enterprise＇ s opera-tion, and enterprise digitization.
