基于工程量清单计价模式下投标人投标管理研究

Research on the Bidder's Bidding Management under the Valuation with Bill of Quantity Mode

随着科学技术的发展,新材料、新工艺、新技术在建设项目中的应用越来越广泛,建设工程项目的质量标准和装饰装修的档次也发生了巨大的变化,但现有《工程质量保修书》约定的保修内容已不能满足建设工程项目保修的要求.通过对工程保修中常见问题分析,针对目前保修条款的约定内容提出建议,为承发包双方签订保修书提供参考,以减少在工程保修期承发包双方的争议.

Along with the development of science and technology, new materials and technologies have been used widely. The quality standards and decoration levels have changed a lot as well. But the current terms in Project Guarantee Book are no longer able to meet the demands of construction guarantee. Through analyzing the common questions in project guarantee,this article gives advices on revising the current guarantee terms to provide references for owners and contractors, which will minimize the disputes between the two sides during project guarantee period.
