摘要
介绍了某机载电子产品仿真架结构设计有限元仿真.利用有限元软件,分析了仿真架主要受力支架的刚强度,通过分析计算找出了支架中局部变形和应力过大区域,为支架结构改进提供了重要依据.最后对仿真架的模态也进行了分析,结果表明该仿真架动态特性满足设计要求.仿真结果对后续结构优化和减重有一定的借鉴意义.
The finite element analysis software is used to compute the stiffness and strength of a radar structure frame. The strength and stiffness of the key component are carried out with ANSYS software. Through analysis, the strength requirements are verified and the parts with severe local deformation and stress are found, which provides an important basis for structure improvement. In the end, the modal analysis of the radar structure frame is computed with software and the result indicates that the dynamic characteristics satisfy the design requirement. The analysis provides theoretical basis for the structure improvement.
