狼疮肾炎患者肾组织细胞凋亡的研究

Apoptosis in lupus nephritis patients

目的 寻找狼疮肾炎中细胞凋亡异常的新证据 ,探讨其在狼疮肾炎发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法 用电镜和TUNEL原位末端标记法对 14例狼疮肾炎、3 2例原发性肾小球肾炎和 5例正常肾组织细胞进行细胞凋亡检测。结果 狼疮肾炎组织细胞平均凋亡积分较原发性肾小球肾炎及正常肾组织明显增高 ,并发现有巨噬细胞吞噬凋亡细胞和凋亡小体现象。结论 细胞凋亡异常在狼疮肾炎的发生、发展中起一定作用。

Objective To look for new evidence of abnormal apoptosis and to discuss its role in pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis in lupus nephritis.Methods The apoptosis in renal tissue cells from 14 lupus nephritis patients,32 primary glomerular nephritis patients and 5 normal kidney specimens was measured with electron microscopy and TUNEL assay.Results The mean apoptotic score of lupus nephritis was significantly increased compared with primary glomerular nephritis and normal kidney specimens.It was found that macrophage phagocytoses apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies in lupus nephritis.Conclusion The abnormalities of apoptosis play a role in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis.
