我国工业产能利用率测算方法研究——基于单位资本存量工业增加值指标

The Study on the Estimation Method of Industrial Capacity Utilization——Based on Industrial GDP per unit Industrial Capital Stock

依据单位资本存量工业增加值(=工业增加值/工业资本存量)和单位资本存量工业产能(=工业产能/工业资本存量)之间的关系,在单位资本存量工业产能是年度的线性函数的假设下,提出利用单位资本存量工业增加值来拟合单位资本存量工业产能的合理原理和方法,并据此构建工业产能利用率的测算方法。应用该方法测算我国1978-2005年的工业产能利用率,测算结果能反映我国的现实情况。

Based on the relation between industrial GDP per unit industrial capital stock and industrial capacity per unit industrial capital stock, under the condition that industrial capacity per unit industrial capital stock is a linear function about the year, a reasonable principle is proposed in this paper which fits industrial capacity per unit industrial capital stock by industr：ial GDP per unit industrial capital stock, and then the estimation method of industrial capacity utilization is established. The method to estimate China＇s industrial capacity utilization data from 1978 to 2005 is also applied in this paper. The results show that the estimation data of industrial capacity utilization can reflect the reality of our country.
