摘要
建设"双师型"教师队伍,从来源渠道来讲,无外乎有三种途径:培养、引进、兼职,从长远来看,培养是一种必要措施。酒店管理专业在其专业特点上有其特殊性,所以决定了酒店管理专业双师型教师的培养必须针对这些特殊性而进行。本文对双师型教师的本质及酒店管理专业双师型教师的特殊性进行了分析,并提出了改进建议。
There are three ways of building a "Double Qualified Teacher" team: training, the introduction of teachers, and part - time teachers, in the long run, training is a necessary measure. Hotel Management, in its professional, has its special c "haracteristics, so the training of "Double Qualified Teacher" must be carried out on these special characteristics. In this paper, the nature of the "Double Qualified Teacher" and the special characteristics of hotel management are analyzed, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
