摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师职业自我概念具有丰富的内涵:除已经探讨的角色性自我、能力性自我和对象性自我以外,还蕴涵情境性自我和体验性自我。从理念本位、策略本位和方法本位三个视角可以诠释情境性自我,从情感本位和态度本位两个方面则可以解读体验性自我。当前,要深化对高校思想政治理论课教师职业自我概念内在因素的探究,以建构理想的职业自我概念,提升高校思想政治教育品质。
Occupational self- concept of ideological and political educational teachers in Colleges is of abundant connotation. It has outer- figurative contents, inner- figurative essence. Currently, there is a considerable gap between the realistic occupational self- concept of ideological and political educational teachers in colleges and the occupational self-concept that is required by ideological and political education in colleges, and this kind of gap has 'affected the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges to a certain degree. Therefore, it is required that we should research into the construction problem of the factors that affect the occupational self- concept of ideological and political educational teachers in colleges from all the above- mentioned aspects, thereby it helps the ideological and political educational teachers in colleges to construct correct occupational self- concept, bring forth new ideas in the educational methods, elevate the results of the ideological and political educational in col- leges, and in the hope of accomplishing the scientific and modernization of the college students' ideological and political education step by step.
