摘要
为了深入探讨湖北黄石地区水泥混凝土路面强度控制因素,基于正交试验法对水泥混凝土强度主要控制因素进行试验组合设计,试件标养后使用室内压力试验进行强度测定,同时运用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析。研究结果表明,影响水泥混凝土强度的首要控制参数是水灰比,其次是砂率和粗集料级配。同时得到了三因素的优水平组合A1B2C3为该试验中水泥混凝土强度的最优水平组合。
In order to thoroughly explore the strength control factors of the cement concrete pavement in Huangshi,test combination design for the main control factors of the cement concrete strength was executed based on orthogonal test method.Strength of concrete specimen was determined by using indoor pressure test machine.Then extremum difference analysis was applied to analyze the results of the experiment.The results showed that the chief control parameter of affecting concrete strength was water cement ratio and the following were sand ratio and the coarse aggregate grading.The excellent level combination of A1B2C3 in test was the optimal level combination of the cement concrete strength.
