摘要
目的研究玉米胚芽油辅助降血脂的功能。方法分为动物试验和人体试食试验,前者是将60只大鼠随机分成6组,除空白对照组外,各组在喂养高脂饲料的同时,阳性对照组、高脂模型组、各剂量组分别给予非诺贝特液、食用花生油、不同剂量玉米胚芽油,35 d后观察大鼠血脂水平变化。后者是将108名志愿者随机分为试验组(56人)和对照组(52人),试验组采用玉米胚芽油代替午餐、晚餐烹调用油(每餐10 mL);对照组不进行任何干预,45 d后检测试验者各项指标。结果动物试验中,阳性对照组和低、中、高剂量组大鼠的胆固醇、甘油三酯均低于高脂模型组;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均高于高脂模型组。与高脂模型组比较,阳性对照组、低、中、高剂量组的血清胆固醇分别下降18.77%、10.77%、16.92%、17.54%,血清甘油三酯分别下降27.54%、9.84%、14.10%、22.62%,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别上升0.66、0.28、0.34、0.38 mmol/L。人体试食试验中,试食后,试验组血清胆固醇降低14.41%,甘油三酯降低26.50%,试验组自身及与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯有效率分别为69.64%、58.93%,总有效率64.29%,明显高于阴性对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇上升0.07 mmol/L,但组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论玉米胚芽油有辅助降血脂功能。
Objective To study the effect of corn germ oil in reducing blood lipid. Methods In animal experiment, 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups. The negative control group was given normal standard diet, while other groups were given high fat diet. In addition, high fat control group was given peanut oil, positive control group was fed 0.05g/Kg.bw fenofibrate solution, and the other three groups were given different doses of corn germ oil every day. The changes of lipid levels in rats were observed after 35 days. In human feeding experiment, 108 volunteers were randomly divided into experimental group (56) and negative control group (52). The experimental group was given corn germ oil instead of lunch and dinner cooking oil (10ml per meal), while the negative control group was given nothing. Related indexes of all volunteers were tested after 45 days. Results In animal experiment, compared with high fat control group, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG) levels in positive control group, low, medium and high dose groups were lower (P 〈0.01), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels were higher (P 〈0.01). Compared with high fat control group, the declining percentage of TC in positive control group, low, medium and high dose groups were 18.77%, 10.77%, 16.92% and 17.54%, respectively, the declining percentage of TG were 27.54%,9.84%, 14.10% and 22.62%, respectively, and the rising value of HDL-C were 0.66,0.28,0.34 and 0.38 mmol/L,respectively. In human feeding experiment, serum TC and TG levels in experimental group were decreased by14.41% and 26.50% respectively, compared to the levels before test and the control group, which were significant (P 〈0.05). The efficiency of serum TC, TG in experimental group were 69.64 % and 58.93 %, respectively, and the total effective rate was 64.29%, which were significantly different from the control group (P 〈0.01). The increase of HDL-C levels in experimental group was 0.07 mmol/L, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05).Coneluslon Corn germ oil can reduce Key Words:
