摘要
目的研究金盏银盘的化学成分。方法采用乙醇提取,不同溶剂提取,硅胶柱、聚酰胺柱色谱分离纯化,波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从金盏银盘中得到单体9个,用化学和现代波谱技术鉴定了6个,分别为:(Z)-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-6,7,3′,4′-四羟基橙酮,即海生菊苷(maritimetin)Ⅰ,槲皮素(quercetin)Ⅱ,6-O-(6″-丙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-6,7,3′,4′-四羟基橙酮(Z-6-O-(6″-propionyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-6,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-auron)Ⅲ,4-O-(2″-O-乙酰基-6″-O-对香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)-对香豆酸(4-O-(2″-O-acetyl-6″-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-p-coumaricacid)Ⅳ,三十烷酸(triacontanoic acid)Ⅴ,豆甾醇(stigmasterol)Ⅵ。结论化合物Ⅲ,Ⅴ为首次从本属植物中得到,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ为首次从本植物中得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical compositions from Bidens biternata (Lour.) Merr.et Sherff. Methods Bidens biternata was extracted with ethanol, separated and purified by silica gel-polyamide column chromatography. The chemical structures of products were identified by spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as maritimetin( I ), quercetin(Ⅱ), Z-6-O-(6″ -propionyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)- 6,7,3' ,4' -tetrahydroxyauron(III), 4-O-(2″ -O-acetyl-6″ -O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-p-coumaric acid(iV), triacontanoic acid(V), stigmasterol(VI). Conclusion Compound III and V can be first isolated from this genus. Compound I, II, 1Vand VI can be first isolated from Bidens biternata (Lour.) Merr.et Sherff.
