Measures on Improving the Capabilities of Seaborne Electronic Reconnaissance

依据海上电子侦察的特点和实践经验,提出加强海上电子侦察的组织与实施,应精心组织筹划,增强侦察的计划性;注重侦察方法运用,提高侦察行动有效性;加强目标印证,提高情报综合的准确性;完善电子侦察机制,实现海上电子侦察常态化;加强敌情研究,提高侦察行动的针对性。

Based on the characteristics of seaborne electronic , some measures are pro- posed on how to improve its capabilities. Firstly, plans are made for the operations. Secondly, new methods are focued on to improve the efficiency of the operations. Thirdly, fusion and confirmation of the targets are reconnoitered to improve the accuracy of the information gathered. Fourthly, the mech- anisms of the reconnaissance are consummated to make sure the operations can be completed timely. Finally, the opposite side is studied deeply to improve the effectiveness of the operations.
