阿卡波糖联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘要 目的观察阿卡波糖联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法按数字分配法将80例2型糖尿病患者分为A组(40例)采用阿卡波糖联合地特胰岛素治疗,B组(40例)采用阿卡波糖联合中性鱼精蛋白人胰岛素(NPN)治疗,观察比较两组治疗12周后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹C肽、餐后2 h C肽(2hC肽)、体重指数(BMI)、血糖达标时间和低血糖发生率。结果两组相比,A组餐后血糖达标更快,低血糖发生率更低,体重无明显增加(P>0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合地特胰岛素使2型糖尿病患者血糖快速达标,该治疗方法安全、有效。
