摘要
本文在分析了嘉兴市科技进步现状的基础上 ,针对存在的主要问题 ,从行政推动、健全机制、产业升级、人才队伍建设等方面提出了具体的对策与措施。
This paper analyses the present state and the main problems of the science & technology progress in Jiaxing,and on the basis of which puts forward the concrete strategies and measures in respect of administration promoting,system perfecting,industry escalating,and the building up of qualified personnels.
