摘要
本文从新世纪对人才素质的特殊要求出发 ,论述了 2 1世纪素质教育的特点及其对高等教育、高校图书馆工作的影响 ,阐明了高校图书馆自身会在哪些方面影响未来人才的素质 ,应从哪几方面调整自己的工作来适应未来人才培养的需要。
This paper, while expatiating upon, from the point of view of the social demand for qualified personnels, the characteristics of quality education in 21st Century and its effect on higher education and university libraries, clarifies the ways in which university libraries will affect the quality of future personnels, and puts forword the measures of adjustment to meet the requirement for future talented personnels.
